According exclusively to The Hollywood Reporter Oscar nominated cinematographer Greig Fraser, who’s known for his work on biographical drama Lion, which is what he got nominated for the Oscar, along with other known movie such as Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Zero Dark Thirty, Vice, Foxcatcher and Dune, is now onboard for Matt Reeves’ The Batman.
Fraser went on to confirm his role in The Batman, along with talk on working with Reeves again and the Batman franchise to The Hollywood Reporter:
“It’s great to be working with Matt again. The Batman franchise is iconic and it’s a privilege to now be able to visualize it in my own way. Especially with the cumulative creative potential of all the talent and technicians we have in front of and behind the camera.”
The Batman is slated to be released in theaters on June 25th, 2021.
