Adrianne Palicki, known for playing many DC Comics roles, such as Wonder Woman in a failed NBC television Pilot, a Siren in the Aquaman also known as Mercy Reef television Pilot and of course the fake Kara-El on Smallville, was recently on Jimmy Kimmel Live and was asked about her love for superheroes, the legitimacy of her love she went on to reveal she has a Supergirl tattoo that she’s had for a decade.
What’s funny about this is that this means she got the tattoo close to the time she played her role on Smallville of the fake “Supergirl” in episode “Covenant”, that aired in May of 2004.
Unfortunately she was unable to show it off the tattoo, as Jimmy Kimmel put it’s in her “Fortress of Solitude”.
My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten.
