Adam West passed away at the Age of 88 on June 9th, 2017, but many are still mourning and finding new ways to honor the actor, who was known for playing Batman in the 1966 television series and later as Mayor West on Family Guy.
Los Angeles shined a Bat-Signal at the Los Angeles City Hall in his honor, with the Bat-Signal looking similar to the one in the 1966 television series. Many spoke at the event including Burt Ward (Robin), the Mayor and the Chief of Police of Los Angeles.
