Batman: The Killing Joke has been creating a lot of excitement ever since it’s announcement, along with the voice casting of Kevin Conroy (Batman) and Mark Hamill (The Joker) and the film’s official R-Rating.
Pre-Orders for the film have been made available for a few months now, but without a definitive release date, until now. According to Amazon.com, Batman: The Killing Joke will be released on August 2, 2016, one week before The Joker appears in David Ayer’s Suicide Squad, which comes out August 5th, making August a Joker kind of month.
Could this be a wild coincidence? Don’t think it is and was planned that way. Along with this news, the official artwork for the Blu-Ray and DVD was also released.
