CBS’ Supergirl Cast Two More Members

According to Comic Book Chyler Leigh and David Harewood have landed roles on CBS‘ Supergirl.

Chyler Leigh, former Grey’s Anatomy cast member will be playing Alexandra Danvers, Kara’s Half Sister. The character is described as “Fascinated by Kara’s powers from a young age” which in turn causes her to have “a lifelong obsession with Science”

Homeland actor David Harewood will be playing CIA Agent Hank Henshaw, comic book fans will note this character later becomes Cyborg Superman. He is a member of the DEO or “Department of Extra-Normal Operatons.” With his character present can we end up seeing him transform into Cyborg Superman, maybe “The Death of Superman” occurs (a possible reason for Kara to have to take up her cousins slack), it’s certainly fun to think of it.

Supergirl premieres on CBS Fall 2015.
