Charlotte Ross, who plays Donna Smoak, Felicity’s mother is set to return to Arrow in Episode 6 of the fourth season.
This news comes from TVLine, though specifics on why she is returning is unknown, we last saw her as she encouraged Felicity to follow her heart when it came to choosing between Oliver and Ray.
When talking with TVLine, Charlotte Ross had this to say about the reception from fans she has received.
“I’ve been in this business for a while and I’ve never seen anything like it…. I’m just so overwhelmed with gratitude.”
Currently the fifth episode of Season titled “Haunted” and featuring Constantine has just started filming, so soon enough we will see Donna Smoak’s return as that episode will most likely start production soon.
