Crystal Reed who’s best known by DC Comics fans as Sofia Falcone in Gotham, is returning to the DC television universe as the female lead in Swamp Thing, for the upcoming streaming drama series.
The project, which is being produced by James Wan’s Atomic Monster in association with Warner Bros. Television, is set to premiere sometime in 2019 on DC Universe, which is the digital streaming service from DC Comics.
Abby Arcane as the story follows in the comics, goes to the swamp in which Swamp Thing /Alec Holland lives in, to investigate what is assumed a deadly swamp-born virus to then soon discover that the swamp holds mystical and terrifying secrets, one of those secrets is Swamp Thing.
