Darren Criss Cast as Music Meister in The Flash/Supergirl Musical Crossover

TV Line is reporting that Darren Criss (Glee) has been cast as The Music Meister in the musical The Flash/Supergirl crossover episode, which stars Criss’s former Glee co-stars Melissa Benoist (Supergirl) and Grant Gustin (The Flash).

Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg spoke on the casting and how it was his time on Glee that landed Criss the role:

“With our Flash and our Supergirl being Glee alums, how could we not have them go up against another Glee favorite like Darren Criss?” exec producer Andrew Kreisberg tells TVLine. “We have been blown away by his talent over the years and we can’t wait to see what he brings to the Music Meister.”

The two-part episode titled “Duet” will be airing on Monday March 20th and Tuesday March 21st at 8pm EST.
