Suicide Squad director David Ayer, has gone on to Twitter to show his immense gratitude to the folks who making Suicide Squad a success for this weekend, stating that the film is just a fun Summer movie with a good heart.

With industry experts estimating Suicide Squad to open this weekend above $145 million, Ayer has all the right to be thankful for the support moviegoers have given to his film, as it’s standing to be the biggest opening for a movie in the month of August.
