David Ramsey, who has become the fan favorite of Arrow has said numerous times that at some point he wants to see John Diggle suit up.
Fans were cheering for him to reveal that he’s John Stewart, with Diggle being a nickname so we can get a Green Lantern in The CW Universe, but after a few winks he finally debunked that rumor saying DC has some great plans for that character.
Finally on the Arrow panel at San Diego Comic Con,Ramsey confirmed that John Diggle will finally suit up and a concept art was released with the name Black Driver attached to it.

My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten.
