Grace Fulton in Talks to Joins Shazam as an Undisclosed Character

According to Variety, actress Grace Fulton is in negotiations to join Shazam, as an undisclosed character, though many are speculating she’ll be playing Mary Marvel, as the information that was given to Variety states that Fulton will play one of Batson’s friends.

Fans will recognize Fulton from the New Line horror film Annabelle: Creation, which was directed by David F. Sandberg, who’s also the director for Shazam.

This casting news comes after the confirmation of Zachary Levi as the title character and the possible casting of Mark Strong as Doctor Sivana. Production for Shazam starts early next year, it only makes sense for New Line and director David F. Sandberg to start bringing actors onboard. Though until confirmed by the studio or anyone directly attached to the film, these possible casting should be taken with a grain of salt.
