Hawkgirl Television Series In Development?

It seems like DC and Warner Bros. are very confident in Legends of Tomorrow and how well Ciara Renee will do as Kendra Saunders/Hawkgirl as its being reported by SpoilerTV that a Hawkgirl Television Series is in early development. There has not been confirmation, take this as a rumor for the time being. It’s being said that if The CW goes forward with the project it will likely go straight to series, like Legends of Tomorrow had gone through. This could also hint that perhaps Legends of Tomorrow could be a one season story and every season will have another mid-season show that will play during the Winter hiatus.

If this is true, are you excited? This will be the second female led series assuming Supergirl does well and gets renewed.
