Well it appears that Gotham’s cast list has gotten just a bit bigger, according to Deadline James Frain (The Lone Ranger) has been cast as Theo Galavan, who will be a recurring villain in the same sense as Fish Mooney in Season 1. He will be joined by his sister Tabitha, who has yet to be casted but will eventually become Tigress.
His character description is as follows:
He will play billionaire industrialist Theo Galavan. A new Gotham arrival, Galavan is the savior the city has been waiting for — he is sexy, heroic, and lovingly devoted to his sister Tabitha (yet to be cast). But behind Galavan’s altruism is a centuries-old vendetta. Galavan and Tabitha (aka Tigress) will take chaos and violence to a new level in order to bleed Gotham. Their plan will lead to the creation of new villains… and the destruction of others.
