Joker cinematographer Lawrence Sher has been officially confirmed to be the director of photography for Black Adam, as Black Adam himself Dwayne Johnson, broke the news of Sher coming onto the project through his official Twitter account in responses to a Tweet.
Johnson goes on to say:
Larry Sher is a brilliant DP and a great dude!
We just worked together on Jungle Cruise and he’ll also shoot Black Adam.
Looks the crew from Jungle Cruise are all coming onboard to shoot Black Adam, as Jungle Cruise director Jaume Collet-Serra is set to helm the movie, now Sher to help film it.

This news hasn’t been officially confirmed by Warner Bros. or New Line Cinema nor by Sher himself, but we’ll say Johnson is a pretty good darn source as referance in regards to who’s actually working on the project at this point.
Black Adam is slated to release in theaters on December 22nd 2021.
