Kevin Conroy Wants In On The Killing Joke

As previously reported, Mark Hamill is reportedly playing The Joker in the 2016 animated adaptation of Alan Moore’s Batman:The Killing Joke and has already recorded his role of The Joker. Now Kevin Conroy, who voiced Bruce Wayne/Batman in the DC Animated Universe from 1992-2006, has come out to say he wants in on the film as well.

Many fans feel like if either actor was to end their careers in the iconic roles it would have to be The Killing Joke and one cannot happen without the other, something I’m sure voice casting director Andrea Romano is well aware of.

Kevin Conroy spoke to ComicBook.com about his desire to return and work with Kevin Conroy while doing an interview for his upcoming guest appearance on the Netflix series “Turbo Fast”. Here is what he had to say:

“Oh, God! Are you kidding me? I’d do it in a heartbeat,” Conroy told ComicBook.com. “I love working with him. I couldn’t believe when they killed off The Joker. I would love to do it, and I hope that that happens.”
