Kiersey Clemons, who was cast as Iris West in The Flash when Rick Famuyiwa was still attached to direct the film, gave an interview with Modelist Magazine, confirming that she has filmed a scene for Justice League in London.
Of course her scene could ultimately be cut out if it has no huge bearing on the plot, but it’s cool to know she got a chance to already play Iris West.
ON FILMING JUSTICE LEAGUE & HER EXCITEMENT
This November, I’m making a cameo in Justice League as Iris West and it’s the first time that you meet her before we get to see her in The Flash with Ezra Miller. It was my first time doing something so extravagant like that. We filmed in London and that’s one of my favorite places.
This makes sense as a few months ago she posted on her Twitter a shot of her with a wig stating it was “Iris West” hair. Many assumed this was for The Flash and that the film was closer to starting than we knew, but now we know it was for the Justice League film.

Justice League is now doing reshoots in London with Batgirl writer/director Joss Whedon, so perhaps she may be called in to do some more footage.
There is no news on when and if The Flash will start production anytime soon, so this will be a nice teaser to what we can expect from her in The Flash solo film.
