No Plans to Integrate Morena Baccarin’s Pregnancy Into Series

We previously reported on the good news that Ben McKenzie (Jim Gordon) and Morena Baccarin (Leslie Thompkins), who play onscreen couple on Gotham, are now expecting a child in their personal life.

Aside from the congratulations fans and non-fans alike have shown to the expected parents, it was thought that perhaps we will end up seeing the Gotham writers bring on an earlier birth of a famous future sidekick and apparently those fears can be laid to rest.

As we previously reported, Matt Webb Mitovich of TVLine did his scoops of the different DC Television series, where he reported that currently there are no plans to bring on an onscreen pregnancy to explain the real life pregnancy that will no doubt begin to show on-screen.

Also, if you were wondering if the real-life baby news for costars Ben McKenzie and Morena Baccarin will be mirrored on-screen, I am hearing that is not the plan.
