Said Taghmaoui Confirms His Character In Wonder Woman

Said Taghmaoui, whose listed as playing a character named Sameer in Wonder Woman, went to social media to confirm his character in the film is a member of the Blackhawk. While he doesn’t name the character in his post he does share a photo of Blackhawk memberAndre-Blanc Dumont, who could supposedly be who he’s playing. 

The Blackhawk are a team of multiethnic World World II pilots in the comics, who first appeared in Military Comics #1 in 1941 by Quality Comics and have appeared in a few DC Comics adaptations.

Interesting enough Kirk Alyn, who played Blackhawk in the 15 part serial based on the comics, was the first to play Superman in the 1940’s serials Superman and Atom Man vs Superman.
