The Flash has cast Shantel VanSanten as Patty Spivot, the new love interest for Barry Allen we heard about in previous reports regarding season 2.
Executive producer of The Flash Andrew Kreisberg had this to say in regards to the new addition of Shantel VanSanten as Patty Spivot:
“We were huge fans of The Messengers and are excited to have Shantel join us to help complicate Barry Allen’s love life in season two,” Kreisberg added.
In the New 52 she was the one Barry Allen ends up with instead of Iris, so could we see some changes being made…maybe alternate universes?

My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten.
