My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten. I only started reading comics about 10 years ago but am connected more to DC over Marvel or any other major company. If you wanna chat feel free to contact me

Suicide Squad is a great movie, the second best comic book movie of the year right after Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Actually, for me Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is probably the best movie of the year, a great movie with deep themes and meanings, a reflexive movie with perfect characterization and a original and creative story. The villain, Lex Luthor, is superb and shows that a movie’s villain needs psychological characterization. A villain of a movie needs to be important as much as the main character. Suicide Squad is an entertainment flick with a good heart, a solid story and a great expansion of the DCEU. The actors, from Will Smith to Margot Robbie, Viola Davis, Jared Leto and everyone else have done a great job.
