Last week’s Supergirl Premiere was nothing but spectacular with a huge Live Ratings that doubled when taking into consideration the DVR and streaming views.
Now it seems like the ratings for the second episode continue to impress with an 8.85 rating with 2.2/7 of that being in the 18-49 demographic. While it is a slight drop(29 percent) it managed to tie with NBC’s Blindspot for highest rated scripted series, which in itself is impressive. Hopefully we get the adjusted numbers in soon and we can see a higher rating due to DVR/Streaming views, as I could only watch that way.
It’s always expected that every second episode would drop from a show’s premiere episode, as a premiere is where people want to see if the show is for them, but also it was led in by The Big Bang Theory, which helped due to a great lead in. The Flash itself also had a slight drop and still continued to set records and draw in new fans.
