Supergirl which aired on Mondays at 8pm EST on CBS and did amazing on that time slot, will remain the same on The CW, its new network. The CW Upfronts announced that the series will continue to air at the same time on Mondays.
While the ideal move would had been Thursday, pushing DC’s Legends of Tomorrow on Friday, leaving Monday’s for Gotham Monday only, but as this past season proved, both shows did very well despite airing at the same time.

My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten.
