According to Deadline, Andy Muschietti’s The Flash starring Erza Miller as the titled character, has been pushed up from it’s original Summer July 1st date to June 3rd, 2022.
This comes after David F. Sandberg’s Shazam! 2 date was pushed back from April 1st, 2022 to November 4th of the same year, even though the movie was set to start production this upcoming Summer, confirmed by Shazam! 2 star Zachary Levi.
This will only lead us to speculation that The Flash is much more ahead into principal production than that of Shazam! 2, as it was confirmed by producer and sister of director of The Flash Barbara Muschietti through an Instagram comment that the movie is still being worked on.
Can you tell if they are already working on flash??? Take care of yourselves
Barbara Muschietti: Yep
