Ben Affleck Helps Promote DC Universe Rebirth

Ben Affleck, the man who is now helping to mold the DC Extended Universe and who is playing Bruce Wayne/Batman in several upcoming films, has started to help promote DC Universe Rebirth for DC Comics and his co-writer on The Batman, Geoff Johns.

DC Universe Rebirth #1 goes on sale tomorrow and is set to launch the new Rebirth Universe, written by Geoff Johns with art by Phil Jimenez, Ethan Van Sciver, Ivan Reis, Gary Frank. The one shot issue is 80 pages, with the retail price of $2.99. The new reboot is meant to give old and new readers a glimpse into the new and old world of DC Comics.

Several other one shot rebirth titles are set to begin hitting stores next month with Geoff Johns handling the Green Lanterns: Rebirth as he is now not only co-writing The Batman with Ben Affleck, but also heading the DC Extended Universe and still working with the TV Universe.

My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten. I only started reading comics about 10 years ago but am connected more to DC over Marvel or any other major company. If you wanna chat feel free to contact me
