Ciara Renée who is playing Kendra Saunders aka Hawkgirl on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow has recently sent out over her Instagram a photo and video showing that she is now getting prepared to be transformed into Hawkgirl. In the video it looks to be like she is getting her head scanned, probably to develop animation for flying sequences.
In the comics Kendra Saunders is the Earth 2 version of Hawkgirl and with the recent season of The Flash we discovered this is Earth 2 after all. However this version seems to have the same backstory as Sayara Hol, the Earth 1 version.
My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten.
