First Look at Mark Hamill As The Trickster

The CW has released a new promo trailer highlighting the next 3 episodes of The Flash, including a first look at the new Tickster (played by Devon Graye), Golden Glider (being played Smallville’s Peyton List), New Weather Wizard (played by Liam McIntrye) and Mark Hamill’s return as The Trickster on March 31st, check out the video below.

What I love about this promo is not only do we get Cisco making a self aware pun about The Weather Wizard, we also get footage from the 90’s The Flash TV Series of Mark Hamill as The Trickster and in that picture is the actress Joyce Hyser, who played Megan Lockhart, the Lois Lane type reporter who had a semi-romantic relationship with The Flash, as well as the target of The Trickster affections. Can this mean we will see her also reprise her role? The more I see returning characters and the idea of different universes, the more I think we may see the 90’s series resurrected for an episode. In fact a fan of John Wesley Shipp’s asked about “suiting back up” and when I replied “Suiting up as part of a parallel Flash” he made a great response.
