Please keep in mind this rumor that comes from TheWrap and should be taken with a grain of salt, but according to multiple sources claim Jay Hernandez, most known for Friday Night Light, is in negotiations to appear in Suicide Squad.
At the moment the role in question is unknown, but some feel it could connect with The Joker (being played by Jared Leto) and his stay at Arkham. It could also be he is being chosen to replace Tom Hardy as Rick Flagg (although Joel Kinnamen is also in talks to play that role, so unlikely).

My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten.
