Jim Starlin, the creator of Anatoli Knyyazev/KG Beast went on Facebook to send a message to fans that he had received a huge royalty check from DC Entertainment after his character appeared heavily in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
He went on to point out that the check itself equaled more than he has received for all the characters that appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe such as Thanos, Gamora and Drax, which is a huge surprise and should be noted by those working at Marvel, whose success would not be there without the creators.
My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten.
