It was announced at the Television Critics Association that Kevin Smith would not only be directing another episode of The Flash in season 3, but he was also tapped to direct an episode of season 2 of Supergirl as well.
On his recent episode of Fatman on Batman, Kevin Smith showed his excitement for getting the gig to direct and even announced the name of the episode he is directing, which is called “Supergirl Lives”.
What makes this extra special is that Kevin Smith wrote the Superman Lives script for the film Tim Burton and Nicholas Cage were involved in, that never went past post-production.
My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten.
