Kevin Sorbo made a name for himself playing Hercules in the TV Series Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and its spin-off Xena: Warrior Princess. Hercules connection with the DC Universe is strong as Superman was partly inspired by the tales of Hercules (or Heracles) in Greek Mythology as well as being the Son of Zeus, which in itself connects strongly with Wonder Woman.
