Paul Reubens To Reprise His Role as Mr. Coobelpot

Robin Lord Taylor who plays Oswald Cobblepot on Gotham, announced the casting at the Warner Bros. Television Panel that Paul Reubens had been cast as Tucker Cobblepot, a role created by Tim Burton for Batman Returns.

This would be the fourth time since this new wave of DC Television Shows have started, that an actor would reprise their role from a previous adaptation into the current series, with Mark Hamill (The Trickster), Amanda Pays (Tina McGee) and Vito D’Ambrosio (Tony Bellows) all on The Flash.

It’s interesting to see that this new tradition is apparently going to expand to other shows. It also points to possible clues that we are seeing some sort crossover of Earths in a sense for the Infinite Crisis story, if it were to ever come to be a story.
