At the San Diego Comic Con panel for Young Justice: Outsiders we got confirmation that Stephanie Brown would be appearing in the new season as Spoiler.

In the comics Stephanie Brown started out as spoiler, the daughter of villain Cluemaster and appearing first in Detective Comics #647-649. She was created by Charles “Chuck: Dixon (writer) and Tom Lyle (artist). She is the only character in the mainstream continuity to have been both the fourth Robin and the third Batgirl. She forms a relationship with Tim Drake aka Red Robin. Recently Stephanie Brown, back as her Spoiler persona has become an enemy of the Bat-Family after it seems Tim Drake dies and she warns Batman and the team that if they don’t reveal their identities she will stand in their way.
