Suicide Squad’s Score Qualifies for an Oscar Nomination

The 88th Academy Awards are almost upon us and the list of qualifying nominations have made their way online and the Suicide Squad soundtrack has earned its status as being terrific, but the score by Steven Price has not been talked about much. That didn’t seem to stop the Academy from considering it for a nomination.

Congratulations to Steven Price for the recognition.

It is weird to think Hans Zimmer and Junkie XL’s great score from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice didn’t get the same recognition. Regardless of anyone’s feelings on the film, it had an amazing score.

My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten. I only started reading comics about 10 years ago but am connected more to DC over Marvel or any other major company. If you wanna chat feel free to contact me
