The CW Renews All The DC Television Shows

The CW has renewed all DC Television shows early. This renewal includes a 6th season of Arrow, 4th season of The Flash, 3rd season of both Supergirl and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. This renewal also coincides with the semi-resurrection of Constantine for CW Seed in the form of an animated series.

What’s surprising with this news is Arrow’s renewal, while the ratings have been fair this season, even climbing in some areas, star Stephen Amell has said his contract was up after 5 seasons and that if there was a 6th season the flashbacks would be ending. This would mean Amell probably renewed his contract and maybe a title change will occur giving us the Green Arrow we know from the comics.

No news on an iZombie’s renewal, though the newest season has not aired yet.

My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten. I only started reading comics about 10 years ago but am connected more to DC over Marvel or any other major company. If you wanna chat feel free to contact me
