Ezra Miller while promoting his new film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, in an interview with Screen Rant, Miller discussed his feelings on the departure of Rick Famuyiwa and when he thought they might start filming The Flash.
Miller goes on to say that they don’t have a director yet, but he thinks they may start this year. It’s not clear if he meant this year, meaning within 12 months or as in 2016.
We have already seen that Warner Bros. is very strategic on how they announce any changes in directors, so it’s more than likely they have a director on board but haven’t finalized the deal.
