Well the speculation is over, Viola Davis will officially be Amanda Waller in the DCCU starting with Suicide Squad, anyone who has seen “How to Get Away With Murder” knows how well she fits the part.
CTV’s Etalk caught up with the actress at the 87th Academy Awards and while reluctant at first she gave a big “YES”, while her husband supportably cheered her on with a “Amanda Waller is in the house!”.

My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten.
