Ben Affleck Explains Why He Will Be Taking His Time on The Batman

Ben Affleck in an interview with USA Today went on to talk about how the pressure to make The Batman, is the most he has experienced with a film, leaving him with the motivation to make sure the film is perfect for the fans.

“Superhero movies get the level of attention that is nothing like any film I’ve done. You cast the 14th lead in these movies and the Internet goes crazy,” Affleck says. “I understand and embrace that. That’s part of the pressure that comes with doing it. That’s why I am not going to do it, unless I really feel confident about it.

“But when that day comes, should that day come, I’m sure that’s going to be the most pressure, the most stress I have ever experienced in my professional life,” he says. “There’s no doubt.”

Affleck recently let it out that he needs “A Second” to actually work on the solo film as he constantly asked the same questions about the film. This message from Affleck seems to have gotten clear as one of his most recent interviews, the interviewer immediately said he wasn’t going to ask about The Batman.
