MTV News recently caught up with Margot Robbie for her new film Focus (which co-stars her Suicide Squad co-star Will Smith) and when the discussion went to Suicide Squad she reveals that she never had to audition and the role was offered to her (looks like Warner Bros maybe listening a bit to fans wishes as she has been a fan favorite to play the role).
She also points out that her casting and Will Smith’s casting maybe thanks to their chemistry in Focus, another film distributed by Warner Bros.
“I actually got offered this one, I didn’t audition, which is a real step up as an actor when you can get offered things,” Robbie said.”
