Margot Robbie Wins Critics Choice Award for Best Actress in an Action Film

Suicide Squad continues to surprise as Margot Robbie has won “Best Actress in an Action Film” for her role as Harley Quinn in David Ayer’s Suicide Squad.

Robbie won out against some pretty good performances, such as Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

It should also be noted that Margot Robbie’s win happens to be the only one for a film in the comic book action sub-genre, a huge win for the DC Extended Universe and of course Margot Robbie.

Gal Gadot – Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
Scarlett Johansson – Captain America: Civil War
Margot Robbie – Suicide Squad — WINNER
Tilda Swinton – Doctor Strange

A huge congratulations goes to Margot Robbie on her win.

My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten. I only started reading comics about 10 years ago but am connected more to DC over Marvel or any other major company. If you wanna chat feel free to contact me
