Rick Famuyiwa Denies Cyborg’s Inclusion in The Flash

A couple of weeks ago Variety broke the news that Ray Fisher’s Cyborg would be making an appearance in The Flash, which is to be directed by Rick Famuyiwa. The director has gone to Twitter to deny the news by simply stating “Says Who?”.

Variety is known for being a very reliable source, especially when posting news as exclusives. This wouldn’t be the first time the Dope director would deny news that broke before it being made official. He also denied the casting of Kiersey Clemons, before it was confirmed.

My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten. I only started reading comics about 10 years ago but am connected more to DC over Marvel or any other major company. If you wanna chat feel free to contact me

The ‘Says who?’ is a wink at Trump’s lawyer comment who said the same thing regarding some alleged fact.
