Tara Strong Discusses Playing Batgirl in Batman: The Killing Joke

DC All Access sat down with Tara Strong,  who has brought many DC characters to life such as Harley Quinn, Raven and now Batgirl in the upcoming animated feature Batman: The Killing Joke.

Besides talking about how dark and mature this version of the character is, Tara Strong also goes on to discuss how it was to first work with Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill and then to return and work them again as well as the legacy of the characters she voices and how much it means to her.

There is a little less than two weeks away from the theatrical one night release of Batman: The Killing Joke,  and less than 3 weeks away from its Digital and Home Video release.

My name is Eric and I am loving this current comic book boom, I was around for the first one with Superman: The Movie, Supergirl(being the first female and crossover film) and Batman and have been enjoying the resurgence since Blade. Can't express how much I cannot wait for WB & DC to take back the film universe but until than I love the TV shows we have gotten. I only started reading comics about 10 years ago but am connected more to DC over Marvel or any other major company. If you wanna chat feel free to contact me
